Do I need to be in the UAE?
At certain stages presence is mandatory, above all for the medical test and the biometrics for the Emirates ID. The rest is handled remotely.
Can you arrange visas for employees?
Yes, if the company and its quota allow it. The quota is tied to the type of premises, so we check it before launching the process, not after hiring.
What affects the timing?
The jurisdiction, the visa type, the medical test appointment, the issue of the Emirates ID, the workload of the authorities and the accuracy of the documents. The most common source of delay is the documents, not the authority.
What should be done when leaving the country for good?
Cancel the residence visa and the Emirates ID: an open visa stays registered against the person. The sponsor files the application, and we support the procedure.
How much does the service cost?
We quote the fee after we have reviewed the situation and compiled the list of documents: before that, any figure would be a guess. Government fees are calculated separately from our work and shown as they are.
Can we work remotely?
The review of the situation, preparation of the file and correspondence are handled remotely. Some steps require personal presence or original documents, and we say so at the start, not in the middle of the process.
