Terms of Participation in the Atlant Insights advisory programme

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Atlant Capital FZE, a company registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone (UAE), licence No. 4425720.01, registered address: Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Business Centre, Sharjah, UAE, TRN 105280386100003, e-mail main@atlant-capital.ae, telephone +971 58 849 5800 (the "Company").

Atlant Insights is the name of the Company's advisory programme. Sessions are delivered by an expert engaged by the Company; the contractual relationship under this document exists solely between the Participant and the Company.

2. Nature of this document

This document is a public offer. By submitting a registration and making payment, the Participant confirms that they have read this document in full, agree with it and accept its terms. Consent is recorded by a tick box in the registration form before payment; the Company stores the date, time and version of the document accepted by the Participant.

Without that tick box the registration is not accepted and no payment is taken.

3. Subject matter

The Company provides the Participant with business consultancy services in the form of online sessions on investment, personal finance and the property market.

The service is not education, an educational programme, a course, a training or preparation for any qualification. No certificates, diplomas or attestations are issued.

4. Format and schedule

  • Platform: Zoom. The link is sent to the e-mail provided by the Participant.
  • Duration of one session: 90 to 120 minutes.
  • Start time: 20:00 UAE time (Asia/Dubai).
  • Cohort start date: 17 August 2026.
  • The day by day schedule is published on the programme page and sent to the Participant after payment.

Sessions run live. Session recordings are not provided or sold to Participants. A missed session is not rescheduled and not compensated, except as set out in clause 7.

5. Participation formats and fees

  • First session, the opening session of the cohort: free of charge, open to everyone. Registration is required; no payment is taken and no refund arises.
  • Intro block, sessions 2 to 5 of the intro block: AED 100 plus VAT.
  • Full programme, all sessions, intro block included: AED 500 plus VAT.
  • Upgrade to the full programme, available to a Participant who has already paid for the intro block of the same cohort: AED 400 plus VAT. The upgrade is not offered in the public registration form; the Company issues a personal payment link on request to main@atlant-capital.ae.
  • VIP, the full programme plus two personal one-to-one sessions with the expert, two individual case reviews, analysis of one to two real estate cases and personal recommendations: AED 1,500 plus VAT.

The full programme costs AED 500 plus VAT for every Participant, whichever order the formats are purchased in: either AED 500 in one payment, or AED 100 for the intro block and AED 400 for the upgrade.

The upgrade is available only to a Participant who has paid for the intro block of the same cohort. If an upgrade is paid without a prior intro block payment, the Company either credits the amount towards the full programme fee and requests the difference, or refunds the payment in full, at the Participant's choice.

The free first session does not create a paid participation. A place at the free session is confirmed by registration and does not entitle the Participant to the remaining sessions of any paid format.

Fees are stated in UAE dirhams and do not include VAT. VAT at 5% is added to the fee, and the total payable is displayed in the registration form before payment. Each format is paid in one instalment, in full; splitting the fee for a single format into instalments is not available.

Payment is accepted by bank card through the Network International (N-Genius) payment service. Card data is processed by the payment service; the Company neither receives nor stores it. A tax invoice bearing the Company's TRN is issued on request to main@atlant-capital.ae.

Participation is confirmed once the payment has been successfully captured.

6. Refunds

  • If the Participant withdraws no later than 48 hours before the start of the first session of the paid format, the Company refunds the full amount paid.
  • After the first session of the paid format has started, no refund is made, including where the Participant misses sessions.
  • For the upgrade to the full programme, the 48-hour window is counted from the start of the first session of the full programme that is not part of the intro block.
  • Refund requests are sent from the e-mail used at registration to main@atlant-capital.ae.
  • Refunds are made by the same method and to the same card used for payment, within 10 business days of the refund being confirmed. The Company does not control how long the Participant's bank takes to credit the funds.

7. Cancellation or rescheduling by the Company

The Company may reschedule a session or change the timetable, notifying Participants at the e-mail they provided. If the Company cancels a paid format in full and does not offer an acceptable alternative, the amount paid is refunded in full.

8. Nature of the information: important notice

Everything the Participant receives within the programme is information of a general nature provided in an advisory format.

  • The Company does not provide investment advisory services within the meaning of UAE law and is not licensed by the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) or any other financial regulator.
  • The materials and sessions do not constitute personal investment advice, an offer or an inducement to buy, sell or hold any asset, security, property or financial product.
  • The Company does not manage the Participant's funds, does not accept funds for investment and does not open or operate brokerage, investment or other accounts.
  • No return, preservation of capital or other outcome is guaranteed. Any examples, calculations and historical data are illustrative only.
  • The Participant makes all decisions independently and at their own risk. Before taking financial decisions the Company recommends consulting a licensed financial, tax or legal adviser.
  • The Company is not liable for losses, lost profit or any other consequences of decisions taken by the Participant on the basis of the information received.

9. Materials and intellectual property

Presentations, workbooks and other materials are provided to the Participant for personal use only. Recording of sessions by Participants, publication, forwarding, resale and transfer of materials to third parties are not permitted. Exclusive rights to the materials belong to the Company and its rights holders.

The Company may keep an internal recording of sessions for quality control. Such recordings are not published and are not transferred to third parties.

10. Personal data

The Company collects the name, e-mail, telephone, the chosen participation format and payment data (amount, status, order number). The data is used only to organise participation, for accounting and tax records and to contact the Participant.

Data is passed to the Network International payment service to the extent required to process the payment. It is not passed to any other third party, except where required by UAE law. Processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

The Participant may request access to their data, its correction or deletion by writing to main@atlant-capital.ae.

11. Miscellaneous

  • The Company may amend these Terms. Participation already paid for is governed by the version in force at the time of payment.
  • Governing law: the law of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes not settled by negotiation are subject to the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
  • This document is drawn up in Russian and English. In the event of a discrepancy the English version prevails.
