This Privacy Policy explains how Atlant Capital FZE ("we", "us"), a company registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone (UAE) under licence No. 4425720.01, collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website atlant-capital.ae, contact us, register for our advisory programmes, or interact with our social media pages and applications.

We act as the data controller. Processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you provide: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and the content of your enquiry, when you submit a form or message us.
  • Programme registration data: name, email, telephone, the participation format you choose and the cohort, when you register for an advisory programme such as Atlant Insights.
  • Payment data: amount, currency, VAT breakdown, order reference, payment status and date. We also record your acceptance of the applicable Terms of Participation, including the version of the document, the date, the time and your IP address, as proof of consent.
  • Usage data: standard analytics data (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location) collected via cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica.

We never receive or store your card details. Card data is entered on the secure payment page of Network International (N-Genius), our licensed payment provider, and is processed by them.

How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and provide the corporate services you request (company setup, visas, tax, accounting, banking assistance).
  • To organise your participation in an advisory programme: session links, schedule, materials and confirmations.
  • To process payments and refunds, issue tax invoices and keep accounting and tax records as required by UAE law.
  • To evidence that our terms were accepted before payment.
  • To improve our website and content.
  • To publish and manage our own content on connected platforms (our website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and similar) through official APIs. Our internal publishing tools act only on our own accounts and do not collect data from other users.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only where it is necessary:

  • Network International (N-Genius): to process card payments.
  • The expert delivering an advisory programme: receives the participant list (name, email, telephone, chosen format and cohort) in order to run the sessions. Card data and our internal financial records are not shared.
  • Service providers required to deliver corporate services (government portals, free zone authorities or banks), always with your knowledge as part of your engagement.
  • Competent authorities where disclosure is required by law.

Data retention and security

Accounting and tax records, including payment records and proof of consent, are kept for at least five years, as required by UAE tax legislation. Other personal data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Access to our records is limited to authorised persons and protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, withdraw your consent or object to processing, by writing to main@atlant-capital.ae. Where data must be kept for tax or accounting purposes, deletion is possible only after the statutory period has expired. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent UAE data protection authority.
